DIA (Decentralised Information Asset) is a multi-chain, end-to-end, open-source data and oracle platform for Web3.

The DIA platform facilitates the acquisition, validation, and distribution of transparent and verified data feeds for traditional and digital financial applications. Asset prices, metaverse data, lending rates, and other topics are covered in DIA’s institutional-grade data feeds.

At the trade level, DIA’s data is sourced directly from a wide range of on-chain and off-chain sources. This enables DIA feeds to be fully customized in terms of source mix and methodologies, resulting in tailor-made, high resilience feeds that set a new paradigm for Oracle.

What differs DIA from its main competitors is the manner in which data is sourced, stored, and organized in order to provide accurate, relevant, and transparent data feeds to its partners. Below, we go over those features in greater depth and provide a few use case examples of how our data is put to use.

Features

1. Any type of on-chain and off-chain data.

At the individual trade level, DIA sources data from a wide range of on-chain and off-chain sources, including feeds for asset prices, metaverse data, lending rates, and more.

2. Customisable methodologies and sources.

DIA data feeds can be completely customized in terms of source mix and methodology, resulting in tailor-made, high resilience feeds that set a new paradigm for Oracle.

3. Any network, any application.

Developers can access DIA’s oracles on all relevant networks, including Ethereum, Fantom, Solana, Arbitrum, Polkadot, Kusama, BSC, Polygon, Avalanche, Celo, and many others.

4. Open-source and fully transparent.

The code base, sources, and methodologies used by DIA will always be open-source and publicly accessible. They also meet all traditional financial application compliance requirements.

Use Case

1. Stablecoins

AstridDAO, the multi-collateral and decentralized stablecoin running on the Astar Network, is powered by DIA’s customisable and transparent price feed oracles.

2. Lending and borrowing

DIA is providing crowd-sourced data feeds to power the Astar network’s Starlay protocol. Because oracles are an important part of lending protocols, DIA is an important part of Starlay’s infrastructure. DIA provides accurate, dependable, and transparent price feed oracles for digital assets such as USDC, USDT, ASTR, SDN, WETH, and WBTC to Starlay.

3. Staking

DIA is providing open-source oracles to Dopex in order to launch a single staking option vault and list Metis as a token. Dopex users will be able to write or buy call options on METIS as a result of the new integration.
